Tell us the story of a time when you really felt at your best
I was on holiday with wife and son. We had hiked to a remote beach. The sky was blue with a few clouds. A cooling wind was blowing. There was a sandbar out into an estuary which we walked along. The view one way was of Cader Idris. To the other was the sundappled view out to sea.
